About us

Adv. Mapitsi Modiba is a sole proprietor legal practitioner. She runs a trust account legal practice as contemplated in section 34 (2) (b) of the Legal Practice Act 28 of 2014. She was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa in August 2018. She brings into the legal field a wealth of experience from Education and Communications Regulatory fields.

 

Our legal practice provides legal services to protect the rights of individuals and groups of persons in communities. We create awareness and educate people in communities about their basic human rights as entrenched in the Constitution of South Africa. And also help our Clients to invoke their statutory law, customary law and common law rights. We believe in the Constitutional values of human dignity, equality and freedom.

 

Our services are rendered within urban and rural communities, starting in townships around Pretoria. We are looking to expand to Polokwane and other areas in the near future.
